A Decision Protocol for Life and Business and
why we need a decision protocol in the first place
Most people don’t struggle because they lack knowledge. They struggle because decision-making becomes noisy: pressure, fear, outside opinions, and emotional fatigue start driving choices.
A good year-end reflection isn’t about “planning harder.” It’s about building a simple internal system you can trust — especially when life moves fast.
That’s why I use a various practical methods and one of them I call The Three Seals. It works for business decisions, partnerships, career moves, and personal life — and it keeps you calm when the world is loud.

The Three Seals in one sentence
A decision is “clean” when it passes three checks:
Conscience & mission are not broken
You can honestly say: “I’m proud of myself!”
The body confirms wholeness: calm / steadiness / quiet “yes” / sometimes even goosebumps you can feel on your body!
This is not mysticism. It’s a way to reduce self-deception and emotional chaos.
Decision Protocol one by one
Seal 1 — Conscience & mission are not broken
What this seal protects?
This seal protects your long-term identity.
If your choice breaks your inner ethics, you may still “win” short-term — but you lose stability, trust, and self-respect later. Businesses collapse not only from poor strategy, but from broken values and invisible compromises.
Simple questions to ask
Would I accept this choice if it was done to me?
Does this action harm someone innocent or powerless?
Will this decision create more fear in the system — or more trust?
At the end of the year, people often feel urgency: “I must fix everything now.”
Seal 1 - slows you down and prevents desperate decisions.
Seal 2 — “I’m proud of myself”
Why this matters in business?
Business is not only numbers. Business is character repeated daily.
If you can’t say “I’m proud of myself” after the decision — it usually means you acted from fear, ego, or avoidance. And that creates hidden costs: burnout, broken partnerships, and constant stress.
Practical test
Imagine you’re speaking to yourself one year from now. Would future-you respect the choice you made today?
Seal 3 — The body confirms wholeness
This seal is about clarity, not emotion!
Your body is a sensor. It doesn’t always give you comfort — but it often gives you truth.
When a decision is right, many people feel:
steadier breathing
less internal tension
a quiet “yes” (even if it’s hard)
When a decision is wrong, it often feels like:
tight throat
heavy chest
urgent mental noise
rushed impulsiveness
This is not “fear = no.” It’s “noise and urgency = check again.”
A small technique (30 seconds)
Before you confirm a decision, pause. Exhale slowly once and then ask: “Is this clean?” If the body gets quieter — continue. If it gets louder — delay and re-check.
How to use The Three Seals at the end of the year
Here’s a clean year-end way to apply it:
1) Choose one decision you’ve been avoiding!
Not ten - BUT One!
2) Run it through all three seals
If it fails one seal — you either:
adjust the decision (change the terms)
delay the decision (get more data)
reject the decision (protect the system)
3) Translate into one next action
Strategy without action is therapy. Action without strategy is chaos. So finish with a next step you can do in 24 hours.
